Sooo. Remember how I had said that I and some friends were at the same club as Big Bang and got to touch them and dance with them and whatnot. (That is my next planned post by the way, but I still need to put together all the fancams I have, which is the main reason I haven’t posted about it yet. That and the fact that it’s finals week. xD)
BUT I thought a quick post wouldn’t hurt, simply to announce that I AM IN THE HIGH HIGH MV. At 1:38. That’s me. Could not believe it. When T.O.P pulled me into the circle like that, I saw the giant camera pointing straight at us but I literally thought, oh, that’s cool, but no way they’ll use this footage – there are much taller, prettier, sexier, model-like girls everywhere that they’ll use footage of. AND THEN I WAKE UP THIS MORNING FLOODED WITH COMMENTS FROM MY FRIENDS ON MY FACEBOOK TELLING ME THAT I’M IN THE MUSIC VIDEO.
So I’m on a high right now, pleased with my five seconds of fame with some of my absolute favorite Korean stars. : ) It’s a nice feeling! Even reading hate comments on the Youtube video elates me, haha.
BTW I know it looks like I’m waving to the camera at one point… I really wasn’t. Haha. Believe me. I was still just dancing but I’m pretty sure I was so in shock slash freaked out slash incredibly excited that I was shaking, making it look like I was waving, yet really I was just pulling a raise-the-roof move. Haha. That sounds lame. Well. The video is below. Again, I am at 1:38 if you want to seeee. Enjoy. I think the song is really catchy!
Edit: I am cracking up at all the comments at the omonatheydidnt LJ community! And I mean that whole-heartedly, not even in a snarky “Yeah I know you’re jealous” way. I knoww how lucky I got and I would be saying the same kinds of comments if there was someone else in my place dancing with T.O.P in the video! One of my favorites: “I WILL SKIN HER AND WEAR HER LIKE A COAT.” xD God help me.
And please don’t get the impression that I’m more excited about being in the video than I am about the experience itself. Just because I haven’t written my excitement-filled post about it yet doesn’t mean it wasn’t one of my best nights in Korea.

Oh also to but some of the speculation and other haters comments to bed…how did you get to be an attendance for the filming? And how come so few Asian VIPs showed up? Since you being in the heat of it you would know. And also shut some of those antis (and racists!) up. ^^
One of my friends and I saw an ad for the event, and we called a club promoter that we knew to find out more information about it. HE actually knew the promoter of this MV party, so he called her to find out if we could get on the guestlist, and somehow, it was okay! So we just got lucky with connections, I guess.
Also, there actually were a BUNCH of really pretty, well-dressed Asian girls there. So much that when we were waiting in line to get in, my friends and I felt really out of place. We were actually looking around to see if there were other foreigners in line, to make ourselves feel better haha. It’s just that in the MV, I guess they purposely wanted to use mostly footage of white girls for whatever reason, so it looks like the club was full of white people when it really wasn’t. Also honestly most of the ones that were there in the club and that were used in the video were the super tall and pretty models who were hired or invited to be there. I didn’t see many actual FANS who were foreigners; most of them were all native Koreans.

I mean it was a legit clubbing event that just happened to have cameras and cameramen there so they could get the footage for the video. So yes I was just dancing like normal, which is when TOP pulled me in, I guuesss with the intention of using that as footage since he and GD were both interacting with the camera!
Well, the thing is, the way they edited the video together made it seem like the club was full of white girls, but it really wasn’t. I mean there were all those models of course, and various foreigners throughout the club, but besides that, it was actually mostly Koreans. For my friends and I, we just happened to know a club promoter, so we called him and he happened to know the women promoting this event, and he asked her if we could be added to the guestlist and she said okay. As for everyone else, I’m not sure! Connections maybe?

The MV dropped and my twitter and I both simultaneously died and cried. We were all in mix emotions with your appearance.

I could tell you were just a fan from the video, and just thought “AHHH, that is the coolest thing ever, T.O.P seems like he is having so much fun with the fans! It was good to see that both him and GD were interacting with the V.I.P’s so much and having a blast.
Sorry for all the hate, you seem like a really sweet girl, and I’m glad that it was you that got to have such an amazing experience. It is one of my goals in life to party/dance/go to a bar or club with some of my favorite pop stars, and you have made it a reality! It seems so impossible to do, but somehow a lot of fans seem to have made it to that party and I’m curious as to how (and also understandably jealous, even though I currently don’t live in Korea, haha)! But that’s awesome.

Ahh I know I’m sorry! T_T Finals lasted all the way till the 21st and then I had to leave Korea the next day and since then I’ve been kinda booked but I’m hoping to write up the post before the new year!
